SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms cover text messages sent by Zachary Jackson Rocks (also trading as Bakersfield Revenue Agency), 1096 Casitas Pass Rd, Carpinteria, CA 93013. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. What the messages are

If you tick the SMS consent box on one of our forms, we may text you about the request you made and the services you asked about. That includes:

• Confirmations and replies to a strategy call, quote or audit you requested
• Appointment scheduling, reminders and rescheduling
• Delivery of a free audit or report you asked for, and follow up about it
• Onboarding steps, account updates and campaign performance notes for active clients
• Occasional offers and news about our marketing services

2. How you opt in

Consent is express and it is never assumed. You opt in by ticking the unchecked SMS consent box on one of our web forms, by texting us first on (805) 800-8141, or by telling a member of our team on a call that you want text updates. The forms that carry the SMS consent box are:

• Contact and strategy call request
• Free marketing audit request
• Package request and checkout
• The strategy call form on our services page

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can leave the box unticked, submit the form, and we will still reply by phone or email. Ticking it is optional on every form we run.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most conversations are a handful of messages around the request you made. Active clients typically receive up to 6 messages per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages according to your plan.

5. HELP

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us directly at (805) 800-8141 or sales@adsmogul.com.

6. STOP and opting out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will not text you again unless you opt back in. You can also opt out by calling (805) 800-8141 or emailing sales@adsmogul.com.

To opt back in, text START to the same number or tick the SMS consent box on any of our forms again.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Your mobile number and your privacy

No mobile information, meaning phone numbers, and no SMS consent or opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. This category of data is excluded from every kind of data sharing we do. Mobile numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above, and are shared only with the messaging providers that carry those messages on our behalf. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

9. Eligibility

This program is available to mobile numbers in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old and either the account holder for the mobile number you give us or authorised by the account holder to opt that number in.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS terms. Changes are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
